前有*ST宁通B(200468)卖房保壳,现有ST生化向控股股东出售酒店物业,左手倒右手。
作为控股股东振兴集团向ST生化以资抵债的资产,2012年金兴大酒店作价1.11亿元注入上市公司。事隔4年,金兴大酒店仍未取得土地使用权证,作为一栋烂尾楼在ST生化2016年半年报中被列为“在建工程”,并作出大笔减值准备。
今年8月,ST生化又计划将金兴大酒店以1.16亿元的价格转让给振兴集团,“以解决其对公司造成的影响,同时为公司的后续发展提供资金”。
截至2015年12月31日,振兴集团总资产为45.72亿元,净资产21.41亿元,2015年度营业收入5亿元,净利润6669.85万元。据了解,目前ST生化向控股股东出售金兴大酒店的方案,将于9月29日召开的股东大会上审议,并约定在协议签订并生效后3个月内,控股股东向ST生化现金支付交易款项。

I think the location is quite good as it is near the bus stop and the nearby shopping centre. It is easy to travel from the Luohu train station to the hotel and it only takes less than 10 minutes (no. 17 and no. 82 bus). What disappoints me most is the service of the reception. They were rude and it appeared that they were not welcoming us. Also, the air-conditioning does not function well and one of them are broken. Luckily , we stayed there in winter instead of summer.
