欧洲最大的酒店集团雅高集团CEO Sebastien Bazin表示：“想到对抗分享型经济的崛起是不可能的，我们必须把握住这股潮流，勇于创新。”而高端酒店集团推出青年旅馆，打造共享生态系统，不仅将会为本身打造新的盈利点，也会盘活本地经济效益。就性质来看，以青年旅馆为箭头拥抱共享经济，其实是让租房变得具有社交性质。
此前曾有调查称，使用Airbnb服务的游客在当地逗留时间明显长于酒店旅客，其它旅游消费额也更高，带动了城市的消费。而高端酒店凭借青年旅馆杀入共享经济领域，很显然能够凭借自己的影响力也做到这一点。
从这个角度看，共享经济平台已成经济发展的工具。只要把握得当，就能创造出经济、人文、环境等多方面的惊喜。

I think the location is quite good as it is near the bus stop and the nearby shopping centre. It is easy to travel from the Luohu train station to the hotel and it only takes less than 10 minutes (no. 17 and no. 82 bus). What disappoints me most is the service of the reception. They were rude and it appeared that they were not welcoming us. Also, the air-conditioning does not function well and one of them are broken. Luckily , we stayed there in winter instead of summer.
