近年澳洲酒店业蓬勃发展，2017年在悉尼、墨尔本、布里斯本、阿德莱德、堪培拉和珀斯均有大规模的新酒店开业。
据《澳洲金融评论报》报道，新酒店的开业将对布里斯本和珀斯的房价及入住率产生下行压力。但在悉尼和墨尔本，高端酒店的入住率接近90％，新开酒店将更好地迎合需求。
世邦魏理仕澳洲酒店业总监Wayne Bunz说，“2017年将是新酒店开业创纪录的一年，比以往任何时候都多。预计酒店业的良好趋势还将持续最少10年。”
酒店业的蓬勃得益于国内外游客的增多。澳洲旅游业研究所预测，国际游客人数将在本财政年增长8.3％，达到前所未有的830万人，主要为中国游客。

I think the location is quite good as it is near the bus stop and the nearby shopping centre. It is easy to travel from the Luohu train station to the hotel and it only takes less than 10 minutes (no. 17 and no. 82 bus). What disappoints me most is the service of the reception. They were rude and it appeared that they were not welcoming us. Also, the air-conditioning does not function well and one of them are broken. Luckily , we stayed there in winter instead of summer.
