新首旅如家对酒店品牌进行梳理整合的成果也十分显著。目前新首旅如家已经覆盖“高端”、“中高端”、“商旅型”、“休闲度假”、“长租公寓”、“联盟酒店”全系列的酒店业务。旗下的经济型酒店品牌获得整合后进一步巩固在市场的领军地位,中高端酒店占比也越来越大,目前首旅如家旗下的中高端品牌有“如家商旅、如家精选、和颐、京伦、建国”,品类齐全,各有特色定位,互补性很强。
据首旅如家酒店集团总经理孙坚介绍,截至目前,首旅如家旗下中高端酒店已超过520家,而在今年计划新开的酒店中,中端酒店占比也达到了42%。首旅酒店集团总经理孙坚表示,未来,中高端品牌是首旅如家酒店集团未来几年的重点发展方向,计划到2020年中高端品牌收入的占比提升至32%。

I think the location is quite good as it is near the bus stop and the nearby shopping centre. It is easy to travel from the Luohu train station to the hotel and it only takes less than 10 minutes (no. 17 and no. 82 bus). What disappoints me most is the service of the reception. They were rude and it appeared that they were not welcoming us. Also, the air-conditioning does not function well and one of them are broken. Luckily , we stayed there in winter instead of summer.
