受新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情影响，大量中国游客取消或调整了旅游行程。游客购买的“跟团游”、“机+酒”等打包形式的出境游产品较多，因订单取消带来的机票、签证、地接、酒店等一系列问题使游客承受了更多损失。在此情况下，各OTA联合号召各海外旅游供应商与各大中国在线旅行服务商携手，积极妥善地为游客办理取消或延期出行事宜，全力降低游客损失。

I think the location is quite good as it is near the bus stop and the nearby shopping centre. It is easy to travel from the Luohu train station to the hotel and it only takes less than 10 minutes (no. 17 and no. 82 bus). What disappoints me most is the service of the reception. They were rude and it appeared that they were not welcoming us. Also, the air-conditioning does not function well and one of them are broken. Luckily , we stayed there in winter instead of summer.
