入住率大增,上海酒店业绩亮眼

8据媒体报道，相对二季度以前，上海酒店7-8月平均入住率达到65.8%，其中五星级酒店平均入住率达到67.4%。据了解，一些酒店打折预售出现集中入住兑现，多以亲子家庭为主，很多消费者利用暑假带中小学生来上海游玩；90后入住高星级酒店比例明显提升，暑假旅游旺季，上海五星级酒店房价为去年同期房价七八成，酒店入住率较去年旺季下降10%左右。

I think the location is quite good as it is near the bus stop and the nearby shopping centre. It is easy to travel from the Luohu train station to the hotel and it only takes less than 10 minutes (no. 17 and no. 82 bus). What disappoints me most is the service of the reception. They were rude and it appeared that they were not welcoming us. Also, the air-conditioning does not function well and one of them are broken. Luckily , we stayed there in winter instead of summer.
