中国酒店投资市场稳步向好

根据仲量联行最新发布的《中国酒店市场2021年回顾及2022年展望》报告，2021年，中国酒店市场每间可出租客房收入在逐步恢复，但在局部疫情爆发及相应出台的管控措施依旧严格的背景下，该收入基础仍然较为脆弱。短途游、近郊度假旅游需求极大助推了奢华酒店和高端酒店营业表现。这在很大程度上得益于全民疫苗接种计划，提升了各类旅客的出行信心。

I think the location is quite good as it is near the bus stop and the nearby shopping centre. It is easy to travel from the Luohu train station to the hotel and it only takes less than 10 minutes (no. 17 and no. 82 bus). What disappoints me most is the service of the reception. They were rude and it appeared that they were not welcoming us. Also, the air-conditioning does not function well and one of them are broken. Luckily , we stayed there in winter instead of summer.
