在中国酒店业45年的发展周期里，经历了起步阶段、成长阶段、成熟阶段，正处于周期性衰退期。尤其是在过去三年，尽管中国连锁酒店市场仍保持了稳定增长，但中国酒店业普遍存在的结构性发展问题暴露无遗——连锁酒店市场中的头部企业增长仍较快，中小型酒店品牌多尚未寻得有效的突围之法;那些在过去被关掉的单体酒店的生存能力、抗风险和反脆弱能力普遍较差。

I think the location is quite good as it is near the bus stop and the nearby shopping centre. It is easy to travel from the Luohu train station to the hotel and it only takes less than 10 minutes (no. 17 and no. 82 bus). What disappoints me most is the service of the reception. They were rude and it appeared that they were not welcoming us. Also, the air-conditioning does not function well and one of them are broken. Luckily , we stayed there in winter instead of summer.
